Tropical Flavours: Coconut Chocolate Mousse


Here’s a beautiful coconut dessert for you which is perfect for summer. Not to mention it’s incredibly quick and easy to make (the more time we can spend out in the sun the better!).

Simply whisk the following ingredients together:

1 can of whole fat coconut cream (chilled in the fridge so it is solid)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
Teaspoon of vanilla extract
(Chocolate shavings to serve)

Place it back into the fridge to keep it as cool as possible so that the coconut cream doesn’t liquify.

You can add whatever you like to serve, but we recommend some juicy blueberries and some chocolate shavings.

This dessert is gluten free and lactose free, and serves 4.
